1.  Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Items Only: Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns solely for items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to legal and safety considerations.

2. Initiating a Return

• Time Limit: You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
• Required Information:
  • Photographs clearly showing the issue with the product
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Desired resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit)
  • Full name, order number, and contact information

Please email all required details to help@caliglowdistro@gmail.com. Requests submitted after 3 days or without the required information will be considered ineligible. Unless specified otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refund and Store Credit Process

• Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
• Store Credit: If you choose store credit:
  • It will be issued upon approval.
  • It cannot be applied toward shipping costs on future orders.
  • It is valid only for the account used to place the original order.
  • It is non-transferable and expires 72 days from the date of issuance.

Not all orders will qualify for a full refund or a full replacement. By purchasing from CaliGlow Distro, you agree that the final determination by our team regarding refunds, replacements, or store credits is binding.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• Report Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• Required Details:
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Desired resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit)
  • Full name, order number, and contact information

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
• Gift cards or promotional items
• International orders seized by customs (buyers are responsible for understanding their country’s regulations)

Because individual experiences vary widely regarding aroma, flavor, and effects, we do not guarantee satisfaction outcomes.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship a replacement. Store credit does not apply to shipping costs for exchanges or new orders.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value orders. Customers must file claims with the carrier for any lost or stolen packages. If the carrier provides a final response, share it with us so we can determine if any additional action is warranted.

8. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that do not meet our return criteria but are accepted at our discretion. Store credit may be offered instead of a refund but cannot be used for shipping costs and will expire 72 days from issuance.

CaliGlow Distro reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site or additional purchases after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
