Shipping
We do not ship THCA products to the following states where THCA is restricted or illegal: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont . All products are Federal Farm Bill Compliant and contain less than 0.3% THC. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. All information presented here is not meant as a substitute for or alternative to information from health care practitioners. - Processing Time:

- Shipping times commence after processing is complete.
- Carriers:
- We partner with reputable carriers to ensure secure delivery.
- Once your package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for its handling. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- After you receive the carrier’s final response, you may share it with us to facilitate further resolution if appropriate.
- Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
- Damaged Orders:
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at help@CaliGlowDistro.com with clear photographs of the damaged items and their packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
